Properties and Land at auction, Camporosso (IM)

Proposed Auction- Lot 1- Consisting of several buildings and land constituting the bodies from A) to G) hereinafter analytically described. The properties of Lot 1 are located in the Municipality of Camporosso and are part of the Urban Operative Project (P.U.O.) for the implementation of the Sub District of Transformation C3, Minimum Intervention Unit East of the P.U.C. of the Municipality of Camporosso’, approved by Council Resolution No. 3 of 17/01/2001. The relative town-planning agreement (the obligations of which are, by their nature, capable of binding not only those who are owners at the time of signing, but also the subsequent assignees of the stipulants) was stipulated on 26.02.2008 rep.1232 and transcribed on 15.04.2008 under nos. 3809/2514: in brief, it provided for the building and urbanisation of sub-district C3 East with the construction of, inter alia, 16 two-family houses, 1 four-family house and an underground car park. The P.U.O., which was only partially implemented, has expired. The Lot consists of a flat, cellar, urban area, residential and agricultural land plus a double garage. The whole for a total commercial surface of 9,549.41 square metres and accessory of 587.44.
